The client brief was for a bright modern space to entertain friends and to create more space in a traditional "two up, two down' terraced house.

The brief also called for access for the client's cats and brighly coloured windows.

This was a challenging site with the requirement for party wall agreements, drainage surveys and collaboration with the neighbours.

Planning permission was granted and we are excited to be working on the next stages.
